Definitions

"Service" refers to the Reindeer bot (Reindeer#2024), the website, and the API.

"Terms" refers to this terms of service.

Conditions

By using the Service, you agree to the following conditions:

• You are over the age of 13.
• When using the bot, you agree to follow the Discord Terms of Service along with these terms.
• Do not use the Service (except the API) using automated means, including self-bots and web scraping.
• Do not abuse rate limits and cooldowns in place on the Service.
• Do not use the Service to spam other users.
• Do not disclose private or sensitive information that are irrelevant when using the Service.

By inviting the bot to your server, you agree on behalf of your server's members to the Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your server's members are aware of and comply with the Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

"As-is" disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
